Today I phlog you with landscapes. These photos were all taken by me at various points in our travels over the last couple of years.

Sigh, I want to be in those pictures myself…. I’d never come back to work…

The Morgan UT photo sent me to the road atlas. A couple of months ago when we were in the air from SLC to Kansas City, I was looking down at that area and thinking it looked really pretty. Your photo confirms it.

    Nice phlog. :-)

    • Morgan is absolutely enchanting. You almost need to find a hotel (good luck) and stay there for a couple of days to explore the land. There’s not much at all there in the way of civilization, as it’s on the other side of the mountain from SLC and Ogden, but it is absolutely lovely.

You have an amazing talent for picking subjects. Just gorgeous pictures.

  4. The top picture was an ad for my Great Grandfathers ice cream company. It was the family business for many years.
The business closed in 1958, but the sign is still there.

Awesome pics, Tiff. I stared at that photos of Southern Idaho, and just longed for it. That is fantastic.

Beautiful pics, Tiff, beautiful areas. The Utah shot hit a chord with me too. A long time ago, I spent some time in the NW corner of the state. I can still vividly remember sunrises on the high desert as if they happened yesterday……..the onyx sky turning indigo, then the high ice clouds starting to reflect the newborn sun, Phosphorus setting……

I live in Morgan! It is sooooo beautiful up here! If you have a chance, go up to Porterville (just a little ‘borough’ outside of town) by following the main road up the hill and go to the cemetery. It’s elevated and you can overlook nearly the entire valley. The view in the spring is gorgeous.
